Lantern, a Virtual Learning Platform, is owned and managed by Lantern Learning Inc., a Corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act, with Canada Corporate Access Number 1485802-6 and Alberta Corporate Access Number 2125025623, registered on March 17, 2023, with the Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada.

Lantern is the first venture of Lantern Learning Inc., organized by a group of academicians who came together to refine and brighten up the lives of their learners by incorporating innovative, trend-setting and futuristic technologies taking advantage of the benefits of virtual platforms.

Lantern visualizes becoming the trend-setting unique platform of its kind by nurturing student-friendly, one-to-one professional assistance with the help of diversified learning strategies for the transformation of the students and to empower and equip them to face the unexpected, unforeseen situations and career opportunities - with efficiency and self-confidence - that the modern world offers them in the course of their development.

Mission

Lantern provides assistive and accommodative learning in the e-safe space of your home, catering to each student's different tastes and unique qualities. We nurture the qualities of our students and help them overcome the hurdles of failure.

Aim

To brighten up the lives of individual students by nurturing, empowering and refining his/her talents in a natural non-threatening setting of his/her home environment to creatively and innovatively strengthen his/her life skills to face the challenges of the VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous) ways of the world.

Life skills : We at Lantern Learning Inc. believe that in this world characterized by rapid economic, technological and social changes and where information and knowledge are readily available on the internet, the best way to make the younger generation future-ready is to equip them with the power of discernment, critical thinking and soft skills.


Artistic : Learning is not a redundant exercise. On the contrary, it should be artistic: innovative, creative, stimulating, entrepreneurial, venturing and risk-taking. Through our digitally designed coaching practices, active participation is ensured from each Student to make the learning process an exciting activity and thus provide them with a platform to gain more experience.


Nurturing : Individual attention is given by creating a caring bond with the Student to exhibit his/her manifold capacities. By patiently waiting for each Student to unfold his/her capabilities by stimulating and motivating them to flourish, we make sure that each Student is encouraged to formulate, articulate and deliver his/her opinions and views fearlessly on any matters concerning the world.


Talent : We build on the Student's innate talents and tastes. Our systematic, benign and professional approach is anchored and oriented to nurture the individual tastes and talents of the Student. Inherent traits and qualities are well taken care of at Lantern learning platforms.


Empowering : To create empowered Students, we walk together with the Students evaluating their skills, mentoring wherever necessary, assisting them to have real-life experiences, reinforcing their potentialities and boosting their strengths in all possible ways to make them champions in life.


Refining : Our aim is to make the Student excel in any one or two areas of his/her personal interests. We train them to refine their innate qualities by providing adequate and appropriate platforms to practice and perform.


Natural : Training is given to the students in a non-threatening atmosphere where he/she is competing with his/her capabilities and moves forward at his/her own pace. As a result, students are spontaneously and positively provoked to express their ideas confidently and clarify their doubts bravely.
